In rental transactions, the service fee cannot exceed the monthly amount of the rental fee, excluding VAT, as indicated in the rental contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the cost of services is borne equally by the owner, buyer, or tenant. Realtors and real estate brokers are prohibited from charging a fee for displaying a home. Real estate agents cannot claim the right to display the property or its price.
